OVERVIEW:
One of the most famously sought after types of Baluch bags are those containing this motif of repeating birds across a field. Any animals found on bags are bound to capture the imagination of the viewer, perhaps even more so when it comes to Baluch items given the nature of many pieces to simply contain repeating motifs.
There is one unusual aspect to this bag; the employment of a bit more foliage than is expected on these. Looking to the back of each bird, we can see the chosen camouflage peeking over the top. It’s a small detail on an otherwise worn bag that certainly adds a value to someone with a keen eye.
