OVERVIEW:
A pleasant little Yazd rug with muted colors and classic Persian design. Typical central medallion and curvilinear vine and floral motifs. While definitely a workshop piece, there are flourishes we really enjoy, such as the sky blue accents and a recognizable, if not imperfect, central 8 petal medallion. Pulled from an estate in Rhode Island.
CONDITION:
Even wear, one area (~1in²) of dry rot at one fringe end (see picture)
