Notes:

There is a breed of these types that always have terrible dyes, synthetic or otherwise, including the one before you. I usually stay far away from these. However, this one was intriguing for some reason. Maybe the size. There’s also something imposing about the medallion. The borders are really great too. It was just missing great color.
